All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where necessary, including where products become unavailable or where an error has occurred in pricing or product information.

5. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke or customised orders are created specifically for each customer.

Once production has commenced, these orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

6. Shipping

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and destination.

The Curated Guest is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or events outside of our reasonable control.

7. Returns

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, product designs, text and graphics, is the property of The Curated Guest unless otherwise stated.
