Change of Mind

As our products are carefully curated and many orders are bespoke or made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and custom orders, these items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Issues with Your Order

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or has a major failure.

Natural Products

Many of the products included in our curated gift boxes are handcrafted or made from natural materials. Minor variations in colour, texture and finish are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.
